Steven Tyler Delivers a Chilling Performance In The Roman Colosseum For Charity

“Dream On”, the iconic rock song performed by Steven Tyler of Aerosmith is usually backed by electric guitars for a heavy rock and roll feel. This performance, however, was very different.

In 2017 at a celebrity fight night event in Rome for charity Tyler performed his famous song backed by classical instruments. Played alongside 2Cellos, a Croatian cellist duo, this version of “Dream On” had a very different feel to it.

Both the performance and charity event were extremely successful – over $132 Million was raised! Other notable acts at the event included Andrea Bocelli, Sharon Stone, David Foster, Zara, Renato Zero, Chris Botti, and Matteo Bocelli.

Another wonderful performance that night came from Andrea Bocelli and friends with a rendition of “Imagine”.
